Welcome to kaya711 (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), operated at the domain kaya711.cam. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "you", "your") and kaya711 governing all access to and use of the Platform, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live casino, promotional offers, and any associated services.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in full. Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the Platform at any time. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly update your account details should any information change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Kaya711 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login details. You must notify kaya711 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party.

By using the Platform, you agree to access and use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. No content from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way without the prior written consent of kaya711. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes infringement and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

In no event shall kaya711's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to this Agreement exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Voluntary Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting kaya711 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Funds balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds not yet converted to withdrawable winnings will be forfeited.

Involuntary Suspension or Termination: Kaya711 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, without prior notice, in the event of any actual or suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonus terms, identity falsification, money laundering, or any other conduct deemed contrary to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Users.

In cases of termination for cause, kaya711 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where an investigation confirms a breach, kaya711 reserves the right to forfeit any or all account balances as appropriate under the circumstances.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kaya711 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitral tribunal determines otherwise.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent kaya711 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm.

Kaya711 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available at kaya711.cam/terms-conditions, marked with the date of the most recent revision.

For material changes that affect Users' rights or obligations, kaya711 will provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms & Conditions, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13 of this Agreement.
